The fully equipped American kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker allows guests to prepare delicious meals during their stay.
The common areas include a living room with TV and WiFi internet access, as well as a private 50 m2 terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Guests can also relax in the private 60 m2 pool, surrounded by a spacious 5,000 m2 garden.
Other amenities include central heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, and private parking for 4 vehicles. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 1 animal.
